A: Currently, we offer worldwide shipping. Most orders (excluding custom handmade garments and pre-sale products) will ship within three business days, but most garments typically require 10-15 days to produce.

We offer three shipping options: Free Shipping (11-22 business days), Standard Shipping (7-10 business days, shipping fee at buyer's expense), and Express Shipping (2-6 business days, shipping fee at buyer's expense).

If you wish to upgrade your package, you can choose FedEx Express at your own expense. FedEx Express typically takes 2-5 business days* or 5-7 business days* to deliver to the US, Canada, and most European countries.

Uncontrollable factors such as flight cancellations and customs clearance may cause delays, but we will be responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. If this happens, please contact us through customer service within one week to explain the situation. Our staff will respond and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you contact us after this period, a full refund will be difficult to obtain.

Q: When will I receive my clothing?

A: From order processing to completion, several steps are involved: order arrangement, settlement, and shipment.

Order Arrangement: After a customer places an order, we will process it promptly within 24 hours.

Shipment: After our freight forwarder receives the clothing, they will verify the customer's shipping address online and then carefully fill out the packing list. After all shipping procedures are completed, we will contact the international airline to arrange shipment. Due to the long distance and multiple customs inspections, this process may be time-consuming, but because we use air freight, we can significantly reduce transit time. Normally, if there are no problems, the entire transit time is 7 to 15 days, but the specific transit time may vary depending on the country/region.
